As you know, it’s sometimes hard to find sites that just tell it like it is - and not try to sell you something when you’re trying to lose weight. Here is where I’ll be posting sites that I find useful, such as finding nutritional information on restaurants - favourite candies - regular meal types - cool recipe sites… anything that might have some use to us who are on a “diet” (or for the politically correct… “healthy living”) kick.

Weight Loss Programs

I feel this sort of program suits me because it’s using “real” foods - not pre-packaged powders and meals to make me understand what portion control is all about.
