Sorry… it’s been a while, I’ll add what I’ve been doing the past couple of weeks in regards to my weight loss - but right now I’m currently working on the “high protein” menu plan from Weight Watchers.  It seems to be working (apart from tonight’s Chinese Food) - I’ve been eating more than I usually do - more fruits and veggies and keeping myself full with more healthy alternatives to protein.

I’m rather impressed by it - of course the big deal will come when weigh in time rolls through.  Why did I change it up a bit this week, well - I’ve been doing it a couple of weeks, not so much the Weight Watchers way… but more my interpretation of Weight Watchers.  It hasn’t been working out well.  Last weigh in was a dismal .2 pounds.  I was so dis-heartened… but I could only blame myself.

So this week I’ve upped my walking - going a bit faster in my pace.  I’m also trying to stick to the plan this week.  Apart from the the ummm… Chinese food.  But I am not perfect and I’ll be back at it again tomorrow.
