Nervous… and Excited!
Tomorrow it all starts… or rather - it all stops. I’m looking forward to eating healthy, feeling better about myself and working on making myself a little smaller.

I’m really trying to psych myself up for Sunday. It’s the beginning of the new me. I’m really trying to get the mindset - work out how I’m going to make it work with my schedule - just get excited about starting fresh for 2006.
- Do Pilates 3 times a week (in the morning before everyone’s up).
- Continue doing a 20 minute walk 4-5 times a week.
- Eat between 45-60 grams carbohydrates/per meal.
- Snack between 15-30 grams carbohydrates.
- Eat more fruits and vegetables.
So there it is. I fully expect the Pilates to kick my ass for at least a month. I don’t remember the last time I took a class or did a video on exercise - so I’m COMPLETELY out of shape. But I have to get the mindset that this is good for me - the hurt will be good for me.
I just don’t do the whole pain thing well… but I really want to lose the weight - I have an inital long-term goal of being lighter than I am now because I’m getting married!!!!!
and I want to be thinner for that. It’s my motivator for now. It’s a great motivator too - because I currently hate the way I look in photos… ![]()
